In order to make deliveries as smooth as possible we will pass your email address (and your mobile number, if you’ve selected the option) onto the courier so that they can update you directly about your delivery timing and any options.

Scottish highlands and islands including postcodes AB, DD8-11, FK7-21, IV, KW, PA21-80, PH and all Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly may experience a slower service from Royal Mail and other couriers we may use.

Parcel Tracking

You’ll be able to track your parcel once it has been dispatched by us. We will pass the tracking number onto you by email.

Safeplace Deliveries

If you’re not going to be in to sign for your parcel the Royal Mail or courier may give you the option to leave your parcel in a Safeplace of your choosing. Please be aware that if you choose to have your parcel left in your chosen Safeplace you will be responsible for the parcel from that point. 

Nominating a Safeplace

You can nominate to have your parcel left in a ‘Safeplace’ at your address. The location can be any secure, weatherproof area of the property, that is safe and easily accessible for the courier.

On our checkout page where you fill in your address there’s a box at the bottom of the form for your notes, you can put instructions here. We will then transfer your instructions to the delivery company. You must state clearly in your note that you’re nominating a single ‘Safeplace’ for example:

• Safeplace: Outside the garage door
• Safeplace: In the porch

The draw back when using a ‘Safeplace’ is that you, not us, will be responsible if the parcel is lost or stolen, therefore we wouldn’t recommend it.
