You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 working days after you receive the items/goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

If you wish to return an item(s), please email us first with the order number, your address and reason for the return so we can handle any refunds or remedies in a timely manner. The email will help us to identify the order and when to expect the returned item. We can also give you the appropriate return address which might differ from our workshop.

When making a return please include the original Packing Slip if available or at least include a note with the order number and your name and address. Take care to package the item(s) carefully so they won’t get damaged in transit. We would further advise you to use a tracked delivery service because you’ll be responsible for the items in transit.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been dispatched to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned within 28 days of delivery. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
